Enjoy a taste of Bordeaux’s finest with our tantalising Wine Trio.

Discover a unique and interesting selection of wines from Bordeaux, which our Head Sommelier has carefully paired with 3 cheeses from the Fromagerie Beillevaire.

The first is the 2021 Château Marjosse, Entre deux Mers  – a fresh and complex blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle and Semillon. Delight in aromatic notes of citrus with hints of apple and oak, pairing perfectly with the fresh Fleur des Marais goat’s cheese.

The second is the 2017 Château Rahoul, Graves – a medium-bodied, juicy yet balanced white from the Graves region, blending Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes, paired with the velvety Saint Simeon cow’s cheese.

The third is the 2015 Château Lucas, Lussac Saint Emilion  – an aromatic, fruity bouquet fusing notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and plum, and hints of vanilla, matched harmoniously with the Fumaison, a 100-day smoked cow’s cheese.
